4th Annual Equality Wine Festival Kicks off in Palm Springs
The 4th Annual Equality Wine Festival kicked off Friday evening in Palm Springs.
the Weekend event is designed to showcase the contributions of LGBT and other minority winemakers to the industry as a whole.
Event founder Michael Westman with Montage Agency says they have more than 20 mine makers representing at this year's festival.
Now in it's 4th year, the event has grown every year to today, when several hundred people bought tickets to attend the main event on Saturday afternoon at the Hyatt Hotel in Palm Springs.
A limited number of tickets were still available Friday night but after online purchasing closes, the only chance to get in is to hope for a chance to buy a ticket at the door. Doors open at 12pm for VIPs (Which is sold out) and 1pm for general admission and continues until 4pm.
